What happens to your information when you use these pages, in plain English.

Who runs these pages

These pages belong to MyFIT Quests, who decides what happens to anything you send them. For any question about your information, email [email protected].

They are provided by DigiLinks, which stores the information on their behalf and does not use it for anything else.

A copy of any email these pages send you is kept for 90 days, so one that goes missing can be looked into, and is then deleted automatically.

If you send your details

The form on the card asks for your name and email address, and your phone number if you want to give it. MyFIT Quests receives them by email and keeps them in their contacts list so they can get back to you, and you are sent an automatic reply.

They are kept until they are deleted, which you can ask for at any time.

If you ask for news

If you tick the box asking for news from MyFIT Quests, they may send you an occasional email. It only goes to people who asked for it, and every one has a link to unsubscribe in one click.

If you have been a client or asked about their work, they may send you one email asking whether you would like their news. Nothing more is sent unless you press Yes please, and you are never asked twice.

These emails are sent for them by DigiLinks, through toSend, from digilinksmail.com. Whether you open one is not recorded. How many times each link in a newsletter is clicked is counted in total, never who clicked it. If an email to you bounces or is reported as spam, your address is not sent any more newsletters by anybody using DigiLinks.

If you buy something

You give your name and email address so MyFIT Quests knows who bought it and where to send it. Payment is taken by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by these pages. A record of what you bought is kept, because the law requires it of any business selling online.

Seeing what you have bought or booked

You can put your email address in to see your own orders and appointments. MyFIT Quests emails you a link rather than asking for a password, and the link only works from the email it was sent to. Your address is not added to anything by asking.

Visitor numbers

Visits and button presses are counted without cookies and without recording who you are: no name, no details of your device and nothing stored on your phone or computer. Your internet address is used for a moment to stop abuse, and is never kept.

Cookies

These pages set no cookies until you ask to see your orders and appointments. Signing in that way puts one cookie on your device so you stay signed in, and it does nothing else: it is not used to follow you or to count anything. It goes when you close your browser, unless you tick to stay signed in, when it lasts 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask MyFIT Quests for a copy of what they hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are unhappy with how it is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
